Rachel Holland and her family moved to the Lawrenceville area in 2005 from New Orleans, LA. She earned a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration at The University of Akron in Akron, OH.

In Akron, she began her careers in managing campus residence halls and Christian ministry.

Passionate about helping people achieve personal goals, she assisted college students and continues to assist church members with Christian growth goals.

With the encouragement of family members, Rachel began her real estate career in 2008. She started by listing bank foreclosures and short sales. Rachel has since turned her focus to assisting home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals through traditional sales. In February 2017, she teamed up with David Walker and formed Holland Walker and Associates, also known as The Holland Walker Team. Rachel brought her skills, dedication, and Holland Walker to eXp Realty, LLC in December 2019.

​When not working with clients, Rachel serves as the National Director of Events for Lifted Reformation of Christian Churches, in addition to serving as the Minister of Congregational Life at Berean Christian Church Gwinnett.

Rachel is the wife of US Army First Sergeant Dwayne Holland for 27 years and mother to three daughters.
